Five Books to Cure Your Xaden Riorson Hangover
It’s been over a month since our favorite wingleader ripped our hearts out of our chests. It’s time to start healing, bestie

Variation – Rebecca Yarros
This book is excellent for exploring contemporary romance while still enjoying a Rebecca Yarros Man™️.
The story is very sweet with a friends to strangers to lovers arc that will have your heart swooning.
I especially enjoyed the Ballet aspect of the book and learning about how demanding it is on performers.
The Prince of Terrana – Hayley Turner
This is the first book in the Heirs of Esran series.
Our MMC is a scarred young man who is trying to escape his upbringing. He is soft but also stabby and an excellent choice to cure your Xaden hangover if the emotional arc he had in Onyx Storm spoke to your soul.
The Best Book Boyfriend – Holly June Smith
Will I ever shut up about this book? Unlikely.
I sobbed about seven times while reading this book, and I loved every second of it.
This is a contemporary romance perfect for breaking your heart in whole new ways while also putting you back together and healing your soul.
This book would make an excellent choice if you want to forget about the trauma that Onyx Storm put you through by further hurting your heart but with the promise of a happy ending.
Phantasma – Kayley Smith
Blackwell. Blackwell. Blackwell.
The thing about this book is that it is deliciously spicy while also having a fantastic plot.
This one is a fantastic choice for those who enjoyed the brooding aspect of Xaden and want some extra spice to go along with it.
Reign & Ruin – JD Evans
This is one of my favorite indie reads of all time.
Political fantasy meets an excellent plot that will keep you on the edge of your seat while also spicing things up along the way.
Read this if you miss having a shadow daddy around!
